Version 3.0 Alpha

We're cooking a new version of Outworlds Wastes that replaces the C-bills based logistics with Chaos Campaign from the Mercenaries box set and the upcoming Hinterlands book! (Hinterlands is coming out next week on the 27th!)

The work isn't far enough along to share here yet, but you can see and comment on our progress on GitHub.
